Cooper Rush is the interim starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott is set to miss the remainder of the season due to a hamstring injury that will require surgery. The Cowboys made him the highest-paid player of all-time ahead of the season, but will put their faith in Rush for the remainder of the season.Â
Rush has been in the league for a few years, but is by no means a household name. While he plays for Dallas now and resides in Texas, he is not a native Texan. Here is where Rush is from and where he played football in high school and college.Â
