Portion of Arsenal Road closed following ‘mass casualty’ crash in York County
A crash closed a portion of Arsenal Road following a crash with entrapment in York County Saturday evening. The crash, which involved a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle, was reported in the westbound lanes near Interstate 83, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
