JACKSONVILLE – It’s official. Trevor Lawrence will start Sunday.
Lawrence, the Jaguars’ starting quarterback, was made active for the team’s 2024 Week 13 game against the Houston Texans at EverBank Stadium Sunday at 1 p.m. The Jaguars announced six inactive players 90 minutes before kickoff.
Lawrence, who started the first nine games of the season, missed the Jaguars’ last two games before a Week 12 bye with a left – non-throwing – shoulder injury. Mac Jones started those two games at quarterback and will be the Jaguars’ backup quarterback Sunday.
Lawrence was the only Jaguars player listed as questionable on Friday’s final injury report of the week.
