Oregon has only solidified its position as the nation’s top team since winning a showdown with No. 2 Ohio State (32-31), beating Purdue (35-0), Illinois (38-9), Michigan (38-17) and Maryland (39-18) by at least three touchdowns in its past four games. Dillon Gabriel and that Oregon offense has been a consistent force, scoring 30-plus points in nine straight games.
Wisconsin isn’t expected to surrender a blowout with Oregon set as a 13.5-point favorite in a raucous road environment. The Badgers have the nation’s fifth-best pass defense and rank No. 29 in total D, but they’ve struggled to generate big plays on offense and take on the nation’s top team after losing handily to Penn State (28-13) and Iowa (42-10).
